To get greater humidification in my house, I contacted Johnny's Electrical & HVAC - the best and most reliable company for HVAC work in the Tri-Cities area. Their technician, Reuben Creek, worked with the manufacturer to get warranty coverage for parts and technical advice. He expertly replaced defective parts after receiving them from the manufacturer. The entire experience took place over the Christmas and New year holidays. As soon as the parts arrived, he called and came over on a Saturday to complete the repairs. Reuben is a very conscientious and professional person who will never let you down. I cannot say enough good things about the company except they are very inexpensive. ASK FOR REUBEN CREEK.

I would highly recommend Johnny's Electrical HVAC company. They came out to do a hvac and heat pump change out and completed the job within about 6 hours (lunch break included) . They were able to come out a day earlier then scheduled. Price was very competitive compare to other bids and the installers were friendly and professional. They also registered new units for me to get the extended warranty. If you're thinking of getting a new unit do it before the year end otherwise you'll pay more due to new government regulation changes.
